A Legal Analysis for All Online

Workplace bullying is one of the menaces that existed from the beginning but have been pushed under the rugs most often or was not recognised. But this is a major reason for concern and reasonably so. What makes this even worse is the lack of knowledge regarding the subject. This lack of knowledge is what gives rise to fear of the bullies. Bullying, be it at work or wherever, must not be tolerated.

What would be considered as bullying?

Simply put, workplace bullying is recurring, harming ill-treatment of person or persons who are the targets, by an individual or more that turns into things like verbal abuse, work interference or sabotage that hinders performance and also offensive behaviour or conduct which are humiliating, threatening, or intimating. Steps have been taken against workplace bullying in Ireland. However, these would only be effective if you lodge a complaint at the right place.
