A Legal Analysis for All Online

For any new construction or renovations, the contractor needs to provide a construction environmental management plan.  It’s not just keeping in mind what building materials will be used, how the building will be built, and how scraps will be disposed of, it’s also checking to see if the new construction will have an impact on the environment.  Are there springs in the grass?  Is there a nearby river?  Will the height of a building impact the lower building, such as blocking out the sun?  There are a lot of questions that have to be considered and approved before construction can begin.
